Micro PD for Staff Development

This academic year

I have started the role of Lead Technology Integrator at my school.  Inspired by the monthly Edu in 90 video series from Google, I thought it would be a great idea to start my own similar idea for the 180 or so teachers working at my school.

It soon became apparent that keeping to just 90 seconds wasn't going to be too easy. Not for me anyway.  So I quietly ditched that idea (quite easy as I hadn't told anyone this part yet) and came up with the name of Tech Mega Bites.  Megabytes...Mega Bites geddit...?

Anyway the above diagram shows the weekly process I go through.  Having started this in January in a very different world it has been very useful to direct colleagues to some of the earlier videos, and at least there is something of a captive audience for the videos now.
