I recently got hold of a CyberPi Go kit from Makeblock Education - having tried it at school with my Digital Leaders we soon found out that it wasn't to play easily with our Chromebooks. However, undeterred I have been experimenting at home on my iMac to see the potential of the device. Setup was pretty easy downloading the relevant drivers first:
Once downloaded there are a number of choices on offer:
In my case I am interested in the mBlock block-based editor which looks familiar I am sure to many:
Within the program there are many tutorials to experiment with:
And more specifically for the CyberPi Go Kit there are around 40 ready-made tutorials to use straight away:
Well, certainly lots to investigate! Initial setup has proved a little fiddly; more on this when I have had a chance to give it a proper 'road test'...
